RONIN TAI-JITSU SUIT - BLACK

The Ronin Tai-Jitsu suit is made of 100% black 12 oz canvas cotton and offers extra durability thanks to reinforcements on the shoulders, sleeves, and lapels. This sturdy combat suit features a traditional drawstring closure in the trousers and reinforced knee patches to prevent wear and tear, which is ideal for intensive training. The suit comes without a belt and is available in length sizes from 140 to 210. To find the right size, choose the size that corresponds to your height; so someone who is 181 cm tall will need size 180.

Washing this black gi requires special care. For the first wash, it is advisable to soak the gi overnight in a bath of vinegar or salt. Afterward, it can be washed inside out at a maximum of 30 degrees to minimize shrinkage. Avoid using the dryer, as this can cause the gi to shrink further. Vinegar is recommended as a detergent, but if you prefer to use detergent, choose one specifically for black laundry and use as little as possible to prevent discoloration. This will keep the Tai-Jitsu gi in top condition for longer.
