We have different shipping rates per country, which depend on our carrier. We do our best to keep these rates as low as possible.

RETURN

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund, provided this is within 30 days of receiving your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in a saleable condition.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of groin protectors, mouthguards, and hand bandages if they have been tried on or worn.

The costs for a return shipment amount to €6.95 in Belgium and €7.95 in the Netherlands. The purchase amount will be back in your account within 10 working days at the latest.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

Versan Fight Store is committed to selling excellent products. From time to time, manufacturing defects may occur. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. Items damaged as a result of excessive or prolonged use are not considered defective. Returned items that have been worn must be washed before being returned. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to the sender.

RETURNS IN BELGIUM & THE NETHERLANDS

To initiate a return, log in, go to our returns page, and fill out the form. Once finished, follow the on-screen instructions, simply pack your product, and print the barcode. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipments.
