This ceiling plate is ideal for securely attaching a punching bag to a concrete ceiling. Thanks to the robust design and the 8 mounting holes, you can safely hang the punching bag and ensure a stable training setup.

Additional tips:

• Add a suspension spring between the ceiling plate and the punching bag chain to reduce movement of the punching bag. Please note: this does not provide sound dampening.
• To reduce noise nuisance, such as vibrations transmitted to neighbors, we recommend using damping rubber.
