These mats are specially designed for martial arts involving a lot of groundwork and throwing techniques , such as judo and jiu-jitsu. They are intended for barefoot use and are not suitable for training with shoes, as this can damage the mat. The dense cell structure prevents moisture absorption, making the mat hygienic and easy to clean with a damp cloth and antibacterial cleaning agent.

Important: combining new puzzle mats with older ones can sometimes be tricky. Due to use, older mats may be slightly stretched, making them appear thinner or larger.
