The sizes of a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi are slightly different from most other gis. While traditional gis often use height sizes such as 160 through 200, BJJ uses an A-system. This system is also based on the person's height but uses A-numbers from A0 to A5. For a better overview: size A0 is suitable for people of approximately 150 cm, A1 for 160 cm, A2 for 170 cm, A3 for 180 cm, A4 for 190 cm, and A5 for people around 200 cm.

To ensure you can enjoy your Gr1ps suit for as long as possible, it is important to wash it correctly. It is recommended to wash the suit at 30 to a maximum of 40 degrees and not to put it in the dryer, as this can significantly shorten the lifespan of the material. It is best to let the suit air dry, preferably on a sturdy hanger with shoulder support, so that the suit retains its shape. If you want your suit to stay nice and white, you can add soda crystals to the wash for a fresher result.
